NEW YEAR’S EVE ON MAUI

Day 2, Dec 31, 2017 – NEW YEAR’S EVE ON MAUI BEACHES

Elizabeth and I had never spent much time on the beautiful Maui beaches while we lived here for 8 years. Too much “farmer’s yoga” at our 7-acre Rainbow Shower property – https://www.facebook.com/rainbowshowersacred/

So now we are trying to make up for it. We just got back from a walk and a splash in the ocean. And it was great. Obviously, we were not alone. There were more people on the beach than we remember any time before.

Even the Maui Santa was catching some rays. 🙂

How relaxed is Maui’s lifestyle?

Well, the man who took our picture above picture said he was from Pukalani. He said he was waiting for his wife who was at a church service.

“Oh, I had completely forgotten that today was Sunday,” I said.

“I know,” the man said. “For us also every day is a Saturday. Except for Sunday when My wife goes to church.” 🙂

NEW YEAR AROUND THE WORLD

In late afternoon, I posted this comment.. We’re half way there…

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2018!

2018: YEAR OF INFINITE POSSIBILITIES

See the symbol of Infinity? My friend from Italy, Chiara Saracini, writes that 2018 opens up infinity possibilities.

I agree. Because 2018 is also a Masters Sacred #11 in numerology.

The Masters #11 symbolizes the potential to push the limitations of the human experience into the stratosphere of the highest spiritual perception; the link between the mortal and the immortal; between man and spirit; between darkness and light; ignorance and enlightenment. This is the ultimate symbolic power of the #11. Which, like a key, opens an infinity of possibilities, doesn’t it?

NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER IN WAILEA

We are just back from our New Year’s Eve dinner in Wailea, and an impromptu visit to our friend from Montenegro via Chicago, Rada Kovilic, who spends half a year here on Maui.

We had a nice stroll through the Wailea Shopping center before dinner. The restaurant we were dining at is located there.

And that’s how Elizabeth got two impromptu gifts – a rainbow dress from me, and another birthday “cake” from the restaurant (Flambé strawberries in chocolate glaze).

Before that, I took a picture of Elizabeth in front a a flashy store window with a Monet painting on a purse as its focal point.

Happy New Year again to you all!
